HOW IT WORKS:
Earn points all summer:
  • 2 points for an in-person chorus visit
  • 1 point for a virtual visit or shared rehearsal opportunity
  • 3 points for a designated regional event
Earn 6 points by Labor Day to complete the challenge and receive a special Harmony Passport Challenge Coin designed by The Annapolis Blend’s Kaitlin McQuaid! A Challenge Coin is a small collectible keepsake that celebrates participation, connection, and Region 19 spirit. Think of it as a little pocket-sized reminder of a summer well sung.

IN MEMORIAM: HONORING VOICES THAT ENDURE

CELEBRATING OUR CHORUS' UNSUNG HEROES!
This video was premiered at our 2026 Regional Convention in order to celebrate those individuals who work behind the scenes to keep our chapter running. Congratulations to all the Unsung Heroes!
ROUNDTABLES
  • Membership Roundtables focus on recruiting, retention, onboarding, member engagement, and the overall member experience.
  • Leadership Roundtables focus on chorus governance, support for team leaders and presidents, leadership challenges, and overall chorus health.
Anyone is welcome to attend either roundtable, but each session will remain centered on the topic and audience named.

📅 Schedule:
  • Saturday, October 10 | 11:00 a.m.–12:30 p.m.: Combined Membership and Leadership Roundtable
    • This 90-minute session will bring chorus leaders and membership coordinators together to reconnect, discuss shared challenges, and identify practical ways Region 19 can better support choruses in the coming year.

Following this combined fall session, regular Roundtables will resume in January.
